How to create a customer account
By creating an account with us you will be able to manage your delivery addresses, look-up previous orders and check on the status of your orders. An account will also allow you to move through the checkout process faster. Create an account by clicking on Register in the top right corner of the Home page.
How to order
Ordering products online with indiGlow is extremely easy. Use the navigation bar at the top of the home page to view our range of hair, nail and beauty products. Use the filters in the left hand menu to filter by price, brand or product range. While you are browsing you can add products to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button displayed below each item. Once you have finished shopping, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button in the top right corner. You will then be directed through the checkout process where you will need to confirm details of your Order and any delivery charges, provide a delivery address and make payment by credit card or instant EFT. Once you click the “Place Order” button, your Order is confirmed. Now sit back and your Order will be delivered to your door within 1-5 working days.
How to make payment
Our online payments are handled by PayFast, which allows easy, secure and instant payment to be made by credit card or instant EFT. In both cases you will be directed to a secure page to enter your credit card details or make payment by instant EFT.
Will I get confirmation of my Order?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation reflecting details of your Order and once we have processed your order you will receive a further email attaching your invoice and confirming your tracking number for your delivery. Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be processed.
How to check the status of your Order
To check the status of your Order, simply log in to your account and navigate to “Track My Order” found at the bottom of the Home page. Then click on “ORDERS” in the left hand menu to view the status of your Order. If you want to monitor the progress of your delivery after your Order has left our warehouse, please follow the directions given in your confirmation email. You will be able to check the status of your delivery online with the relevant courier company by using the tracking number provided.
